X-WR-CALDESC:Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week takes place this fall f
 rom November 11-18. The week is designed to educate your community\, draw 
 attention to the problem of poverty\, and recruit new volunteers and suppo
 rters for local anti-poverty agencies. The Food Pantry will be participati
 ng in this with our annual “Pay What You Can” Soup Luncheon. This meal wil
 l be served out of the Commuter Kitchen (old concession stand) in the Daws
 on Building on the Hastings Campus on Thursday\, November 16th from 11:30 
 AM- 1:30 PM.  This event is open to everyone. We will also be collaboratin
 g with our Media Arts students for a poster series that you will see aroun
 d campus representing the difficulties of poverty and hunger within our ow
 n communities. Keep an eye out for those on campus that week.
