Central Community College Outstanding Alumni Award Nomination

For many years, Central Community College has recognized exceptional graduates through the Outstanding Alumni Award, our highest alumni honor. This distinguished award celebrates alumni whose personal integrity, professional achievement, and meaningful community impact reflect the mission of Central Community College: maximizing student and community success.

Award Criteria

Nominees for the Central Community College Outstanding Alumni Award should exemplify excellence, leadership, and service through the following achievements:

Educational History at CCC – Must have earned an associate degree or diploma from Central Community College at least five years prior to nomination.
Professional Achievement – Demonstrated distinction in their career through accomplishments, continued education, leadership, or recognition in their field.
Community Impact – A sustained record of meaningful service and positive contributions within their community.
Advocacy for Education and CCC – Ongoing support of higher education and/or Central Community College.
Participation – Must be available to attend commencement at their CCC campus and serve as the keynote speaker for graduating students. The 2027 ceremonies will be held Friday, May 7, 2027.

The Outstanding Alumni Award honors not only personal achievement, but the lasting influence CCC graduates have in their professions, communities, and beyond.
